Hotel Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue for our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibility:
- Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and conducting cold calls, emails, and visits.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing ones.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable deals for the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
