Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations for travel, accommodation, dining, or other services. The Reservation Agent will handle inquiries, process bookings, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Job Responsibility:
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms
- Assist customers in booking reservations and providing information on available options
- Process payments and confirm reservations with customers
- Manage cancellations or modifications to existing reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests or accommodations
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints related to reservations
- Keep accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with reservation software or PMS Opera systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in tourism or hospitality is a plus
