Public Area Attendant

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within a facility, such as lobbies, restrooms, and hallways. 

Job Responsibility:
- Clean and sanitize all public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or shampoo carpets and rugs
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Ensure all public areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times
- Notify maintenance or management of any issues or repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
