Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift.
Job Responsibility:
1. Conducting the nightly audit to reconcile all daily transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other applicable fees.
2. Handling guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, including resolving any guest inquiries or issues.
3. Monitoring the hotel premises for security purposes and addressing any safety concerns that may arise.
4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating reservations, preparing reports, and coordinating with other hotel departments.
5. Providing exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
