Laundry Attendant

Summary:
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all linens and garments within a hospitality establishment.

Job Responsibility:
- Collecting soiled linens and garments from various departments.
- Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and garments according to specific instructions.
- Operating and maintaining laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Inspecting laundered items to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handling guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their appropriate care instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
