HVAC Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and up to industry standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal functioning of all HVAC systems
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and related tools and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred
