Job Summary:
The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment for employees residing in company-provided accommodation. This role ensures that housing facilities meet hygiene, safety, and operational standards while assisting residents with their accommodation-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular cleaning of rooms, common areas, and shared facilities. Report any damages or repair needs.

Support employees with check-ins, room allocations, and addressing concerns related to their stay.

Monitor adherence to housing policies, ensure security measures are followed, and report any safety hazards.

Maintain supplies such as bedding, toiletries, and cleaning materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Communicate maintenance requests, occupancy updates, and resident feedback to the supervisor.

Assist in handling emergencies such as medical incidents or facility-related issues.

Maintain logs of check-ins, check-outs, maintenance requests, and inventory usage.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in housekeeping, facility management, or accommodation support preferred.
