Housing Attendant

Job Summary:

The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment for employees residing in company-provided accommodation. This role ensures that housing facilities meet hygiene, safety, and operational standards while assisting residents with their accommodation-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning of rooms, common areas, and shared facilities. Report any damages or repair needs.

• Support employees with check-ins, room allocations, and addressing concerns related to their stay.

•  Monitor adherence to housing policies, ensure security measures are followed, and report any safety hazards.

•  Maintain supplies such as bedding, toiletries, and cleaning materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.

• Communicate maintenance requests, occupancy updates, and resident feedback to the supervisor.

•  Assist in handling emergencies such as medical incidents or facility-related issues.

• Maintain logs of check-ins, check-outs, maintenance requests, and inventory usage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, facility management, or accommodation support preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
