Guest Relation Officer

Ensures and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experience.
Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
Being present in the lobby during check in/check out and rush hour to meet, communicate and assist guests with their inquiries.
Investigates and solves customers' concerns, which may be complex or long-standing issues that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
Actively listening and resolving customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill.
Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Coordinates and manages communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery.
Develops feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
Checks all VIP arrival rooms prior to the Check in and following up on their wellbeing during their stay.
Prepares Welcome Letters to VIP guests or as advised by Hotel Management.
Prepares VIP amenities/requests and coordinating with the Food & Beverage dept. a day prior to the arrival or upon arrival.
Coordinates all Early check in with the housekeeping dept.
Attends to guest’s requests as per the hotels rules & regulations and responding/assisting guests in a positive manner.
Assist in the operations during busy days/hours and as and when the need arises to be present.
