Job Summary:
To provide customers/ prospective tenants with the best possible customer service to lease properties; to present properties and provided amenities in a positive light; to maintain a rapport with customers/ potential tenants to give them personalized service; to maintain company’s customer service and leasing standards and negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet walk-in customers/ contact customers upon receipt of the request from the customer relations department through the ERP System, determine their needs, living standards and economic viability, provide them all required information regarding specific communities as well as services offered, accurately communicate the benefits and features of the property portfolio, and explain them the contract and payment terms & conditions and required documents as per leasing policy.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of the occupied, vacant, and ready-to-let units and stay knowledgeable/ up to date with all promotions/ leasing incentives and the property market status.
- Follow up with the prospective tenants to schedule an appointment for viewing, guide them on tours of available units according to their needs and budget and encourage them to rent a property within our portfolio.
- Perform background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to ensure that the prospective tenants are qualified.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions with prospective tenants and close deals, show them to cashier for the collection of rent payments/ cheques and security deposits, generate the contract through ERP system and process it for signatures and authentication along with the supporting documents and prepare leasing documents using property/ leasing standards and regulations.
- Process Job Orders to the Maintenance Department with mentioning the unit handover date and ensure that the unit is ready and in a good condition/ ready to occupy prior to move-in.
- Handover the key to the tenant using the "Key Handover Form” and update the records accordingly and log all activities into the databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Achieve targets/ KPIs and ensure company’s policies, procedures and processes are followed.
- Attend meetings, submit reports, and perform any other tasks as may be requested/ assigned by the Supervisor/ Department Manager.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting customer satisfaction surveys on regular basis.
- Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with potential tenants and outside contacts.
- Maintain a rapport with potential tenants to give them personalized service and maintain company’s customer service and leasing standards.
- Provide prospective tenants with the best possible customer service to lease properties.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Good command of MS Office Applications. Knowledge in using ERP/ AX Dynamics.
- Extensive Knowledge in Real Estate Industry (Leasing, Property, Maintenance, Facility, Finance, Legal, etc.,).
