We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented F&B Cashier to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Keep reports of transactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an F&B Cashier or in a similar role.
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (Micros)
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
