Job Summary:
Cashier is responsible for receiving cash, checks and customer audits accurately and efficiently.
- Review the leasing contract with the client, receive the checks, issue receipt voucher to the client
- Collect cash payment from the client regarding to rent against check, Kahramaa consumption or any other payments
- Prepare daily financial report with all the completed transactions and send it to the main office along with all checks & receipts.
- Liaise with concerned departments/sections in the event of any arrears or amounts to be collected from the customer
- Track transactions on balance sheet and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure to update cash register and prepare daily report of transactions.
- Review tenants/ customer’s balance before issuing any receipt voucher.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Skills
- Skills: Multitasking, Problem-solving, Time Management, Negotiation, good in math skills and good communications skills.
- BehaviouralCompetencies: Customer Satisfaction-Oriented, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Drive for Results, Integrity and Commitment, Trustworthy, respect and Strong personality is a must and able to handle tenants and flexible in working hours.
- Language(s): Arabic and English.
- Good command of MS Office and other software, system related to accounts/finance programs.
- Others: Ability to communicate with tenants and potential clients in a professional manner.
- Filing/paper Management.
Holding valid driving license in Qatar is a plus.
