The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the organization, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement engineering plans, designs, and programs
- Monitor and evaluate engineering project outcomes
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects meet organizational goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance engineering processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (pref. Mechanical) or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a senior engineering role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
