Banquet and Catering Waiter

We are looking for a Banquet and Catering Waiter to join our team and provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests during events and special occasions. 

Job Responsibility:
1. Set up banquet and catering rooms according to event specifications.
2. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
6. Clean up banquet and catering rooms after events, including clearing tables and resetting for the next function.
7. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Prior experience as a waiter in banquet and catering settings.
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Knowledge of proper food and beverage handling.
5. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
6. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
